What we collect

We collect only what you choose to submit through our forms:

• Institution and company enquiries: name, role, official or work email, phone (optional), institution or company, location, department, participant numbers and preferences, and your message.
• Student interest forms: name, email, phone (optional), college, branch, year of study and interested format.
• Contact form: name, email and your message.
• Workshop registration: full name, email, phone, college or institution, department, year of study and AI experience level.

We do not ask for government identifiers.

Payments. Fees for workshop registrations are paid through Razorpay. You enter your card, UPI or bank details on Razorpay’s payment page, and we do not receive or store them. We keep a record of the payment: its amount, status, and the order and payment references Razorpay gives us.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, plan and run sessions with your institution, register you for a workshop and confirm your payment, tell you when session dates are confirmed, and issue certificates. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

Our basis: your consent

We process this information because you give your consent when you submit a form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using your details for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and registration details only for as long as needed to respond, run the sessions you asked about and keep reasonable records. We delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers that host this website and its database, deliver form submissions and email, and process payments (Razorpay). They process information only to provide those services, and Razorpay handles payment details under its own privacy policy. We may share session details, such as the participant list, with the institution that arranged the session.

Your rights

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and ask for a copy.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information or to erase it.
• Withdraw your consent.
• Make a complaint about how your information has been handled.

Children

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian may need to consent before you share your information with us. We handle information about children only as needed to run sessions arranged through their institution.

Cookies and analytics

At the time of writing, this website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The payment page loads Razorpay’s checkout, which may use its own cookies or similar technologies to process the payment. If this changes, we will update this page.
