How cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work.

Institution and company sessions

Cancellation, rescheduling and payment terms for institution and company sessions are set out in the proposal we agree with you before a session is confirmed. That agreement takes priority over this page.

Rescheduling

Because sessions are scheduled on demand, dates can be moved by agreement. Please tell us as early as you can so that we can find a new date that works for everyone.

Individual registrations

If ENGNEXIS cancels a session, any fee paid for it is refunded in full. For other cases, the cancellation and refund terms are shown at the time of registration, before any payment is made.

How to ask for a refund

Contact us with the name and email used for the registration and, if you have it, your registration ID. We will confirm the outcome by email.
